They're pretty good with increases. The two time's I've done it online it gives me a number to ring to have it processed and both were hard inquiries on TransUnion. Congratulations.

I just checked CK and it was a HP... not really too upset seeing as though it was a 5K increase. Going to see what the backdoor may do as well without another HP.

I did this online the other day, just to see the process and for some (stupid) reason, I was expecting another screen before the request was submitted. as I didn't intend to apply. I did get the CLI (15- 20K) which I didn't really need on that card, and won a HP in the process. Since I am such a good learner, the next day I did exactly the same thing with Citi Forward, where I DID want a CLI, expecting to be blocked as the account was under Citi's minumum of 6 months old, but that got submitted, got a HP, and my request was denied, leaving the CL as my lowest ($7K). (The reason was too much available credit, not that the account was too young, which surprised me).
Next time I might remember to phone rather than apply online.
