After posting here and asking for advice about this card, I ultimately pulled my fico score which came back as 780 (15 points higher than on credit karma/sesame). This encouraged me enough to apply for CSP. I got the 7-10 day message initially but was approved when I woke up the next morning for a $5k (edited - originally mashed in $55k, which is obviously wrong lol) limit! Dunno which agency they pulled yet as it hasn't shown up on monitoring yet.
Thank you for running this forum, I was able to learn a lot and get a card I would not have otherwise applied for.
Other cards: Chase Freedom ($800 limit, opened in nov. 2012), BOA 123 ($2,500). Average Account Age: 3yrs. Utilization: 7%. AU on a Cap1 GM mastercard ($15k limit)
- I also had a Citi card that I opened in 2004, never used, and long ago forgot about. It closed itself in 2006. Had I not pulled my real fico score I wouldn't have know it was there, so thanks again for the advice.
WOW, congratz!!!
Congrats on your approval! Is that CL 55K or 5.5K?
Haha yeah, fat fingered mistake. $5,000 limit.
Ok I was thinking that but didn't want to sound like a jerk if it was correct Anyway super congratz, great card!
