Fun fact, they do soft pull every month and have your FICO score attached to your account and if you call and try to ask for a CLI, unless you're over 680 they won't even initiate one for you. I called last month and this is what they told me
congrats B!
Hey B335is, has your account reported yet? I'm checking my reports and nothing yet.

I haven't seen it yet. I'll let you know though. Hopefully they don't give us toy limits.

Thanks tony. Thats good information to know. How long have you had yours?
Congrats on the card, I've had it for a couple of years now. Don't use it much anymore, hopefully they don't close it out since it's been SD for 6 months.

I hear that their CLI are HP though, I didn't know there was FICO provided.
Good morning, I applied for the Caebela's Visa on March 21 and was not instantly approved. It was not a decline either but a generic message about a review and I would find out in 7 to 10 days. This morning I pulled my credit report and the Cabela's Visa was there with a 6K credit line on Equifax only.
Everyone who received instant approvals, congrats! The new credit line should report in a week or so.
Have a great day.

Good to know! I was hoping it would report quicker than a week because I'm anxious to know what my CL is but I hope it's a lot like yours. It seems to be that sort of card where they give out good starting limits.
What I want to know though is how I can keep the card active without Cabelas shutting it down. It sounds like a tricky card to maintain in the long term.

Congrats on the approval!
