Cap 1 EO Love

I have been speaking with the Cap 1 EO office and they showed me a little love. I have 2 CC with them that they PC to Quicksilver. Then they raised my CL to $1,200 from $1,000 and $2,000 from $750. A nice boost of $1,450. Probably will wait 6 months to ask for more.

Hmmm....As I type this I have a question. Does Cap 1 combine CLs?

Next, probably will attempt to get a Lowes CC as soon as my AMEX payment shows. My total utilization will then be 1% ( now 15%). then off to the garden with me!

Congrats! I have never heard or read of anyone combining limits at Cap1. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, just called them and no dice on combining the cards and CLs. Worth a try thought.

No they don't combine unfortunately as already stated.

Congrats. How old are the accounts?

6 years old on the 1k to 1,200 increase. 2.5 yo on the 750 to 2k card. not sure why the younger card got a lot more love. Very strange.

Congrats on getting the CLI on both.  Yes, in the past it was possible to combine accts/CLs.  That policy changed years ago.  Maybe they will revisit that in the not so distant future.
