Captial One Platinum opened late July. 

PC'd to Quicksilver Late August.

6th statement.

Stayed at $500.  No CLI's.

PIF. No balances.  

Scores have risen 50-100pts.

Woke up to $2000 increase.

I did NOT use heavy utilization from Sept on...at that point I discovered NFCU. All data points and I'm a believer they up your CLI by score more so than usage.  Next will be my PlayStation Card in March. Put that on Credit Steps too. 

Original increase was $500 to $750.  I'm happy.  No AF rewards?  This baby can stay open for several years for rebuilding AAoA. Apr is 25%. Yeah...

Cap1 is now prequal me for Venture at 18%. They like my business.

Thank you everyone!  6 months strong.  It's frustrating and exciting that prequals are starting to popup. I NEED TO GARDEN to hold out for better APR's.  14% is my lowest atm and I need to hold out. 

Side note:  my coworker's saw my celebration and...

I got one to finally look at his credit report, for free! He hadn't looked since the 90's.  It wasn't pretty, but he knows where to look for help. Pimping the site. When he turned slowly and asked "What's a charge off and why has it been updating since 2009?" It was time to be aware. 

And the other, her FIRST credit card since 2008!  She got Cap1 QS1 for $1000.  She was beside herself that she qualified for a credit card. No more debit card and first card in her name. She's only been an AU and that was under her ex husband she said.
