DH payed $99 for a secured $200 card. Credit Steps hit and was bumped up to $1700!!! More then my credit steps on unsecured card. Craziness.

From $200 to $1,700 on a secured card? That's the first increase like that I've ever heard of. Normally, it's $300 and done.
