So after hitting the luv button plenty of times and getting denied, I decided to call the EO and request a manual review. The denials always stated "This account has not had enough recent payments to establish a recent payment history". This is due to the fact that I rarely use my Capital One accounts often because of the low Limits.
2 days later I noticed an CLI Approved
Venture World MasterCard ----------> $6000 to $10,000
QuickSilver World MasterCard -----> $6000 to $7500
$5500 in CLI! I'll take it
