Well, last week I followed everyone's advice here and sent an email to the CEO about my limits and how they really hadn’t changed much in my 6 years with Capital One and how I was disappointed with Capital One. I received a phone call Thursday night from someone and explained to her that I no longer wanted cards with a toy limits and if my cards can't grow with me then I will need to close them. She asked me what I was looking for and I told her I would like them to be in line with my 2 other major cards, $10,000.00 limits but would be willing to accept $5,000.00 on each card. She asked me a few more questions and said she would get back with me in a few days. I just logged on a few minutes ago and my one card went from $500.00 to $5,000.00 and my other card went from $1,000.00 to $5,000.00! Great start to my week!
