for me, it was way more than what the credit step stated.

i personally dont take cap1 credit step program to heart...it's all B.S.

In respect to a document....there really is no "PACKET" per se.

its just a single piece of paper stating that u r under credit step program.

and u can look dat up under "statement & document"....but i'm sure u alraedy no bout this

thats what mine said also .....but i ended up w/1500 as well.

my personal opinion is dat dont buy 2 much into that credit step program.

As i have stated earliar, it truly is YMMV.

for me, i carried small balance, and i think this helped somewhat....but then again who tha hell knows.

You had your card max out  most of the time at 98% uilit. but pif each month? and got a $1000 increase what card you have plati?
