yes they have. 

ive seen several posts of peeps getting 30-50k for the Venture...this is this first Ive seen of a 30k on the QS though.

I must admit I was expecting more like 15k since I hadn't seen any big QS approvals (so thought it was less prime or something than V).

But I don't care that much about CL since I just want 21.5% cash back

People have gotten big limits on the QuickSilver.  Someone has a 60k line on the card.
