Congrats.. The QS is a good first "real" card.. I wish i could have gotten something like that when I was rebuilding..
@joeyoey wrote:Well, I never got an official notification but a little while ago I got an email from Capital One saying that my card had just shipped! Since I wasn't sure whether or not I actually got it I called & sure enough...I got approved! It's a pretty small cl ($500) but other than secured cards & store cards (gotten with the "shopping cart trick"), this is my first "real" card in years. I'm so excited...I feel like I've finally (finally!) made some official progress!
congrats
A big congrats! I know that getting your first "real" cc is an awesome feeling.
Thanks everyone! Soon as I get this one in the mail I'm headed to the garden until my scores go up. My goal is to have an AMEX sometime next year. *crosses fingers*

Yay! It will grow! Happy for you!
Moved to CC approvals
I received that same message and received a letter asking me to verify my income (via one of many different ways)...It was eventually approved (no letter received just logged into my account and saw another card pending).....Hang in there...
Congrats....
Congrats on your new approval,
best of luck to you!!
