I encourage everyone on here to take the time and guide others with your personal experiences; what has worked and what backfired. Yes, there are those who want a fast track to high credit, in order to indulge, but most have found themselves in a credit train wreck due to an arduous situation. Yes, there are those who thought they were invincible and found the ramifications of their actions have crippled them and they have learned from their mistakes. Helping others build their confidence financially yields a more responsible community and nation. We ALL benefit from it!
