Good news on the new CC.

The CL isn't nearly as important as how you manage your credit.

Do all the right things and your CL's will increase as your credit ages.

Re: Capital one

Congrats!!! I am right there with you. Just started rebuilding not to long ago but before I really started rebuilding I got a Capital One secured and had to put $200 for $200. 6 months later (10/14 1 month after seriously rebuilding) I got the Quicksilver One $300 as well. Just keep being responsible and in no time we will have better limits.

Re: Capital one

Congrats! As long as you use it and pay it off every single month they will grant you CLI every 6 months. Thats been my experience-> 300-500-750-1250 so far,

Re: Capital one

Congrats!  Cap1 has been good to me so far, I'm rebuilding as well.  I had Fingerhut, VS, Buckle and Kohls (which Kohls is issued by Cap1), and got pre-approved for the Cap1 Plat MC, apped and $300 CL, about 6 montsh they gave me the credit steps increase to $500.  They also approved me for a QS1 card right after the CLI on the Plat.

Treat them well and they seem to return the favor.

Re: Capital one

Congrats!    Don't worry it will grow.   I started out less than 2 years ago with $300.  Today it is $4,000.
