Sweet, wish i can get my QS to up by $500. I have not receive CLI since i got this card 09/16/15. SL  was  $5000 and still at the same SL. Every time i tried, i will get 7-10 days notice or 2-3 days. They will approve me for Venture one SL $10,000 and Spark $10,000, but not CLI on QS.
