CapitalOne CLI through EO

After lurking around these forums for information, I emailed the Cap1 EO for a CLI. They called back after 2 days and told me they will review. I explained I have not got a CLI since I opened the account. Just checked today and they bumped me up form $500 to $1500. One the other hand I got declined from HSBC and Chase. Thought I could get a card with them since I have bank accounts with them with about 20k in each bank. Anyways thanks to all the board members for their postings. This board if loaded with good info.
