longtimelurker - Thank you for your answer on Signature vs. Platinum. I was also very impressed with your credit scores from all the CBs. Great cards in your wallet too.
Kenny - Did not understand your comment. Can you please elaborate? Thanks
Carrie - Thank You...
I'll guess you're offered a signature with a $10k limit.
That's what I was offered with similar profile. I suspect I could have
reconned for a higher limit, but $10k is more than enough for a
rotating category capped bonus card.
A few months later I got instant approval for an Ink cash with a $24k limit.
Chase seems more generous with subsequent apps rather than the first one,
at least in my case.
bada_bing - Thank you for your response. Very impressed with your cards as well.
I forgot to answer your other question. If my guess is correct 5 digit cl then it will be a Visa signature. Like Lurker said I have it in VS don't even know what the additional benefits are and probably wouldn't even use them anyway.
ezdoesit - Thank you. I agree with you that most of us are really going to use it for rewards and may not really care for many bells and whistles it may offer.

Agreed. I always tried to avoid the signature cards, because I don't travel very much. I am all for cash back--that never goes wasted! ; )
I didn't ask for the siggy on my Freedom, they just gave it to me. I was surprised to see it on the card when I received it.

My Freedom siggy doesn't have any travel rewards/miles. It's ALL about the Cash Back!!
July is 5% on gas! My work commute is about 420 miles each week. That's a lot of $$.
And HotRod....didn't know mine was gonna be a siggy either! Nice surprise!
