Chase unexpected CLI and Cap1 CLI

Today I got an email from myfico about a change on my credit report balance decrease I am like ok whatever let me see if my scores changed. (My scores have dropped in past couple months from a big purchase on my chase freedom) and I got 2 alerts a balance decrease and account update. Account update? What. Chase account increase CLI $2000(5000 to 7000). Couple days ago I requested cap1 to increase limits on my 2 cards got approved for 1 +2000 something and the other 1000 something. And lowered my apr for 7 months 17% I don't use the cap1 cards but will help with my UTI and emergencys. And my balance with chase is coming down from 2600 to 2400. Love my bank.
