Not really. They are two separate cards, two separate signup bonuses two separate spend requirements. While the points amount is equivalent, if one does a PC, then they can't get the second 50k TY points for a total of 100k TY points with two separate apps. At least not for a few years, and some significant closing / timing / reapp management planning.
