Back on 5/24 I requested a CLI via HP and was denied for a old Verizon account that was paid but labeled "collection item". I shrugged and in the end said oh well, I'll take a stab at it 3/2017 (link below).

So I logged on to my account today and out of curiostiy checked under account management and sure enough I finally had the SP option. So I figured "what the hell? why not???", input the salary and mortgage info and it instantly bumped me from $17K to $20K (which I accepted). It ended at a screen that I could "ask for more" but it was clear it would be a HP, so obviously passed on that big time.
$17K --> $20K
