Just curious has your partner opened up any new accounts recently?  Cause I have tried with citi and keep getting denied the last 2 times and the only reason is that too many new accounts opened recently which is true.  I've opened 8 new accounts in the last 6 months.  Maybe need to wait another 6 months before hitting them up for a cli again.

Congrats to your partner! This inspired me to check for a SP CLI on my Double Cash and got it bumped from 25 to 27.7k.

Yes we both just went through a spree.
But before the spree he was pretty loaded down with debt so all the sp flu and stuff and closed up and now they are starting to update all the sp checks on file!
Still waiting for cap1 to pull a new sp for his pre qual and his current account... Current account is always denied cli for debt and he is only showing a pre-qual for a quicksilver 1 with AF and he currently has a $15k quicksilver so clearly they are still using debt filled report too.
Less than 2 weeks ago these 2 citi cards were showing "it will be a hp to check" and today showed the sp option and they went through.
A month or maybe 2 ago it was sp but would decline for new accounts despite that it was before the spree!
