I am now officially done apping until year's end, at MINIMUM!! I need to let my accounts age and age those inquiries a bit, as well. I was testing the waters with Citi to see if they'd let me back in again so soon after having had my Brooks Brothers MC in CCCS. I paid them off 3 years ahead of my program's end date, which may have helped, in addition to having gotten my EX score up a decent amount since last attempt. Denied twice before for this card, so REALLY happy to finally have gotten it! It's been almost impossible for me to meet the min 45 gallons a month required with my Phillips 66 card, so it will be nice to have a card where I don't have a minimum requirement to meet. Many new accounts and 27 inquiries on my EX, so, very pleased to have gotten approved ($800 CL).
Thank you, Citi, for giving me another chance! Now to wait that 7-10 days before the card shows up--I'm not very patient in that department!
Well done! When you keep getting those approvals but those starting lines start shrinking, you know it's about time to stop.

Thanks so much!! And yes, that's absolutely it, I don't want to get stuck with a lot of lower limit cards, so definitely time to rest my apping fingers for awhile It's been such a much-needed boost over the last few months to just start feeling human again, watching my scores rise and finally getting some good approvals and CLIs! But don't want to see that hard work wasted, so, to the garden I go!

Conrats on the approvals and good luck in the garden!
@Anonymous, @RM21!! Gardening is going to be so hard (at least in the beginning), BUT, I'm determined!!
Congratulations! The Drive for Five ccard is great! It is nice to get the 5cents back with every gallon and not have to worry about a minimum gallon requirement. Also sign up for a fuel rewards card.....not the credit card, the rewards card. Use it with your Drive for Five card and get an additional 3 cents off per gallon.

@Anonymous @CountryLivin! And thank you for the tip on the rewards card!! I'll be doing that today! Hoping the credit card gets here in time for my trip to Florida next week, but even if not I'll be using it plenty once I'm back!
