yes, the VA website but you gotta go through the whole booking until you reach payment method and thats where you will see the pop-up. Just tried myself and i did get a pop up for 50 dollars off tix if i apply or accept (cannot remember) the card. Im not sure if its an actual pre-approved offer.
It's not a pre-approval like other Comenity cards but the $50 off is added in. There is a $49 AF that comes with the card so it basically becomes a wash.
