DCU approved my membership!

It took about 1 week. I suppose that isn't as painful as some have experienced.

I plan to app for a car loan within the next two months. Is it still true that they can use the same pull to issue a CC?

    They did a second pull for me for CC... or was it to open a checking account. I can't remember but i do remember I had 2 pulls close to each other.  After that they said the second pull was valid for a month.

Did you open CC and another credit product? Or was that CC and membership?

  I applied for a cc and was declined. And the rejection letter said btw I am declined for a secured card as well. My scores were in the 500s then and I haven't applied since.. I think now I would be approved hopefully.

Congrats on Membership. This is also my Highest CC Credit limit also.. Was total 2 Inquiries

Congrats! DCU will pull separate reports for membership and cc products similar to NFCU.

So if I app for a car loan and decide to get a CC too, that will be 2 HPs plus the membership HP for a total of 3??

No, they will use the same Hp for any credit product. That's how they got me when I refi'd my auto

1for HP, 1 for credit product
