In October, I hit the luv button on my Discover IT and received a $6,000 SP CLI. This increased my limit from $26,500 to $32,500. Tonight, I decided to click the luv button again, and to my surprise, I received an instant approval for another $6,000 SP CLI!!! My new limit is $38,500. Happy New Year to ME! lol 
Anyway, if it's been at least 3 months since your last Discover CLI, I recommend you hit that luv button! Good luck if you do!!
