I eventually figured out to hit 0.  Approved for 20k.  I almost fell out of my chair.

How are you getting them to tell you anything?

They say they have no access to that information when I call, then I hear rustling papers and it's like they're reading off a memo and say I have to wait until the mail.

I forgot her name but a very polite woman answered the phone.  She just asked me for my name and then what I was calling for and let me know that they are experiencing delays in the system so she may not be able to access the account.  Just asked some verification questions and she seemed surprise when my app happened to be there. I think they are getting bombarded.

I did. But the reps I've spoken with won't even go into anything or act like they would even intend to look. They cut me right off that they have no way to look things up.
