Discover CLI $500

Got my first Discover CLI from $5500 -> $6000. I've had the card since October 2016. I carried a high balance while taking advantage of the 0% promo rate. I paid the card off in full when the promo rate was up. Then took advantage of a balance transfer offer in January and transferred ~$4k.

Fico score on Discover's site at time of CLI request was 693. Balance on Discover when I requested the CLI was 3700/5000. My overall utilization is about 28%. 2 inquiries on TU in the past year.

When you PIF your balance they didn't give you any auto CLIs?

I did not get an auto CLI when I paid in full. I've been taking advantage of 0% promo rates from Citi, Lowes, and Discover while remodeling my house though so my scores took a pretty big dip for awhile there.

Did you ask for the CLI or was it automatic?

If it was automatic folks are trying to give you a hint..... If it was auto, try logging in and hitting the CLI button..... 

Its called Double Dipping... 

Not sure if you quite understood what folks were trying to get at with the memes ....
