Called in to convert my More card to IT and also asked for CLI from 2500 to 6000. He asked me few regular questions and told me that he needs HP to process my request. He told me that I need to speak with credit analyst for further assistance and transfered me to really nice lady. She asked me couple questions and put me on hold. Then BUM - APPROVED and ready to use!!!! SWEET!!
