what does this LUV button look like? My 2nd statement cut a week ago and I want a CLI.

Had the card since 2/2011 with the same credit limit 1000.00 . Don't see why one have to ask for cli. Never have to ask NFCU for a increase they just give due to your credit worthiness.

bumping this up to get answers to two questions that have appeared repeatedly upthread:

(1) What does the luv button look like?

I think it is the following text that appears on the main page of one's account summary: "Need more purchasing power? Request Credit Limit Increase"

But maybe the OP and others mean something else.

(2) Is it a hard or soft pull?

The question is as old as Methuselah. So what's the answer?
