Discover CLI

In the last 62 days, I have received $10K in CLIs from Discover. Limit went from 35-45K. Not much has changed in my spending.
My highest balance has been around $250. Last CLI from Discover was January of 2017. Credit score is 731. No compliants but Discover is definitely a strange bird.
