Yesterday hit my 3 months/3 statements with Discover. Called for a CLI and was told they needed a hard pull. Said ok and was asked what limit I wanted. Asked to double since i was given an intital limit of $1250. Spoke to analyst, told her I wanted to use the 5% category this quarter and within a few minutes, CLI to $2500 approved.
