I must say, having read that it's the norm, that's really counterproductive of them, isn't it? I mean, we always want to know what limit we got, right? So then we all have to call to find that out?? Seems to me they are unnecessarily driving up their call volume. I s'pose the arguement could be made that it's more job security for the frontline CSR's though! ....still counterproductive....
