After some forum reading yesterday and seeing my lowest score go up. I decided to try the luv button at Discover. They gave me the 7-10 day message, but when I logged into my account today I saw they changed my limit to $11,500. That is a 4k increase on an account that is 5 months old. I know many people have issues with Discover, but I have to say they have treated me well in this short time. They have great customer service the couple of times I have called.
