Just logged in to Discover and see my credit line increase from 1000 to 1300. My 4th statement just cut 3 days ago.
Should I ask chat CSR for more

No, I don't expect any HP at this time, until I request 3x CLI on my Amex Blue in Sep.

Congrats! I got mine too after my second statement ..$1200-$1500 ..not a lot but am hoping i can ask for more without a hp...but they said my card isnt 3 months yet so have to wait til next month

Grats! If you do end up asking for a CLI please let me know how it turns out. They gave me an auto CLI but I'm interested in asking for more as well 
My Discover IT card is just over 6 months old with no CLI, so filled out the online request form *late* last night, requested $5000 increase from $2000 initial limit, and OK'd a HP.
They called me today, asked basic questions I had already answered on the form, and did a HP on Transunion. All for only $1000 increase.
My Transunion score was 738 (Creditkarma thinks it is 693).
I will console myself by saying it was a 50% increase, instead of thinking about how low of an increase it was in absolute terms.
