Discover absolutely DOES graduate and there have been tons of stories of people getting their congratulations letter and their check in the mail, it just isn't guaranteed to happen at any time frame - it just gets reviewed until they can. I've seen a lot of them go at 12 months and I've also seen them at 15 months and then there's a couple people with 18 month old ones at this point. They for sure do graduate, it just isn't something that can be asked for.
To me, even though I have money tied up in it right now, it's still worth it. One day I'll get my check back.
