Discover rejection with 800+ credit scores?

I decided to apply for Discover It card for the cash back offers. I carry no monthly debt and paid all of my balance is off, I have a relatively high income to debt ratio, andI have a home mortgage, a low auto payment, and a student loan. No late payments. I opened an amazon visa through Chase in the spring and have two inquiries. Any idea why discover rejected me??

No but you should call to recon.  If everything you say is accurate then I'm sure they will be willing to reconsider

I had an old freeze on my equifax and they weren't able to pull my report. Going through the annoying process of trying to get it lifted now.
