AWESOME! I too would faint if citi did that for me at this stage in the game. I think I will chat with them and ask when my first SP cli request was, since my account has only been open since end of july....and I feel like early on I got the SP offer.

strangely though they HP'd me a 2nd time, so I did request a HP cli at the beginning but it was obviously declined. my dc gets used the most so its hard to keep utilization down on it!
