@BigDeelight:  Off topic for a moment, but I notice the Saks in your sig.  Have you looked into their World Elite MC, and/or planning to do it?  I have Saks as well, and no MCs to boot.

It's internal based on the last time they did on AR (which is on your Experian report or all of them). If you get the 7-10 day message, they want a HP. If you get denied, it'll be because you're not eligible (to soon) or their not allowing it.

Based on the original HP? I read AmEx does monthly SPs routinely. My CRs and scores have improved since the accounts were opened so a SP might enhance the probability of a CLI approval.

Posted this in the main Amex 3x thread, but I hit the luv button online yesterday which was officialy 7 days earlier that the 61 day mark.  Was instantly approved for 3x CLI.

As someone mentioned, maybe they loosened up a bit over the holidays ?

I was (almost) instantly declined. Emailed the finalized decision..."you were declined on one or more cards in the past 90 days" as the reason for denial. I'm considering calling for a recon
