Seems like they are inquiry sensitive. I had 0 EQ, 1 EX, and 2 TU and I know others with far more impressive CS's than me that have been declined.

Frankly I didn't actually believe it until the card arrived today and successfully activated. Happy to say, no dissappointed Price is Right melody for me:-)
