I thought I was going to pass out when I saw this come up on the screen -

New Credit Limit Confirmation:

We are pleased to inform you that, effective immediately, your credit limit has been increased to the following:

Credit Limit: $1400

Before today, they would shoot me down more than my ex-wife would when we were married! 

I was approved for the card in Aug of '12. Started with a $600. CL. That was auto-increased to $700. in Nov of that year. After that, I would receive a constant "no" when I called in or tried online. I logged into my account today and saw the Luv Button staring at me so I figured I'd give it a try. 

My JCP recently went from $750. - $1350. so maybe this is a sign of more luv to come from them.

I tried calling into the backdoor number a couple of times and was shot down. They told me a letter would be sent with the denial reasons. It looks like they photocopied the letters and changed the dates when they sent them to me. The reasons were always the same.

I thought about trying for more but figured I would get something like "not enough time with the current credit line" so I'll wait.
