Fingerhut is pretty good with CLI's. Keep making the occasional purchase and you can see up to 2k with them.

Make sure to buy 3 to 4 times a year. They decreased my limit today after paying it off. I'm in a position where I no longer need them but there was a time I'd be concerned.
