First Tech I would be all over if I didn't have so much available credit as they are generous if you don't have a ton of accounts/credit.

First Tech Chip & Pin Card question? How well do true Chip & Pin Cards work in the Chip & Signature world of the US? Somewhere I picked up that there were challenges. Now how accurate this is I don't know. Am interested in the First Tech Cards and I do not live in their immediate market foot print so am I eligible?
