Re: GE Walmart CLI

10k at walmart seems a little much. but hey ive read somewhere on here that someone had 10k at ae but i think that was the full version not just the store.

and hey if they do upgrade me to the discover why not.

is that the same account or will it add a new tl with a new aaoa to factor in?

its like amex does one really need to charge 30k at a time or even in a month?

for me no. but itd be nice if i wanted too.

and thanks hopefully my statements come out.

ae is due tommorrow and walmart was due the 25th

ge is a little slower with statements i noticed.

amex was next day and chase was 2 days after for me anyways.

Upgrades on GE cards are SP's. but they do close your old acct and open a new one, so you may have to think twice if AAOA is a concern to you. Walmart closed my store card as soon as I activated the Discover. The store card still shows up when I log into my online account ( with the credit limit ), but shows as closed on my credit report.

@ Itsrod, I don't think Lowes has a visa account any longer. People who got one years ago still have them, but I don't recall the, doing upgrades to a Visa for the past couple years at least.
