I recently applied, and was approved for my third Amex card, the Starwood Preferred Guest card. I was shocked to get in the mail from Amex my Experian Fico score and an explanation of how Amex used my score and report in their decision. 713 Experian Fico...and that's after 7 recent inquiries...time to garden.
What's in my wallet: Chase SP, Chase Freedom, Amex PRG, Amex Gold Delta, Amex SPG, Capital One Platinum
Starting Score: 11/14/12 EQ 601
Current Score: 1/ 12/13 TU 719, EX 713, EQ 674
Goal Score: 740+
I was hoping when I opened up my Amex TE today, that it would come with my EX score, but alas, it did not.
This came as a seperate mailing and I didn't get my score when I applied for my first two Amex cards, but for whatever reason I got it on approval number three.

did you get the lowest APR that's offered on that card?
(I see on the AMEX website for this card:
APR: A variable rate, currently 15.24%, 17.24% or 19.24%)
the reason i ask is that it is my understanding that all ccc's now have to provide you with the CRA they used when they made their decision to deny OR if they didn't give you the lowest APR available for a particular card)
nice that they actually provided a FICO score
I wish all lenders would give the applicants FICO
I called Amex and yes turns out I got the 17.24 APR, even though I have 15.24% on the Gold Delta card....
