Wanted to share my app spree success : My number of cards increased to 11 cards from 6 and total credit limit went from 7,100/- to 36,400/-, still sitting shocked with this much credit (Yet to change my siggy).
Thank you so much to whoever came up with the idea of this forum and thanks to all those who contributed with their knowledge on credit rebuilding and all the different strategies to go about getting this. All credits to you guys there.
Without you guys, this would never be possible, as I have only 8 months of credit history.
1. Chase Hyatt: $12,000/- (My highest limit and first Visa Sig)
2. Chase Sapphire Preferred: $11,400/-
3. Amex SPG: $2,000/- (First Amex card)
4. Discover IT: $3,000/-
5. Merrick Bank: $900/- (Was preapproved and applied just in case for the Vet visit/Car workshop visit)
6. Chase Marriott: Denied, on recon, they said that there is a 2 cards per month rule, which is not yet discussed here and so told to reapply after 30 days, however, it was only one HP for all the 3 chase cards.
7. Barclays Wyndham Rewards Visa Sig: Declined due to many inq and new accounts
8. US Bank club carlson visa: Declined, not yet able to recon bcoz of the long hold on phone, will recon and still try
Now time for making the minimum spends.
