They declined me in Dec/2014 for "Collection/Chargeoff/Public Record"
I have 1 unpaid $900 collection from 2011 and 1 unpaid $470 medical judgement for 2012.The countered with a joint offer which I declined. I called twice to recon and they wouldn't budge, said Discover was a more conservative lender. Score on the denial letter was 657. Now I'm kinda confused about applying for this card again later after seeing your approval. the collection I'll be doing a PFD this week but the judgement may take a little more work.
