Immediate Barclay CLI

I just received my new Barclay Arrival which I was originally declined for and then approved for $1000 on recon. I went online and activated my card and there was the luv button calling me. So after putting in some info I asked for an increase to $2500. I got a message that someone would call with the decision. In about 30 minutes a call came in. They verified my info and bam.....APPROVED!!! Who knows, maybe left some on the table. But from declined to $2500 not too bad. I'll take it.

Congrats on the CLI right after getting your card! My CLI was denied on recon.

Can anyone speak to the supposed 6 month CLI that Barclays gives? I'm about to hit my 6th statement next month!

Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Are you SURE you didn't get another HP though?
