Oh interesting. they didnt even do a pull for the cli. they did a NO pull as he said on the phone. it was retention specialist. so... perhaps because i BT'ed and paid off the balance and the balance will be $0 on the Barclay they were able to give a tiny bump?

ok! I pulled the trigger and apped Discover IT card. I was approved with a $1500 limit.  I am happy and may recon for a higher amount but I doubt it. I'm happy with my portfolio now and will garden until real estate time!!!! . Thanks everyone for the help and responses.  I'm going to grow  trees! Lol. Ok... Maybe tall bushes. Lol.

This is th emost inquiries I've had on my account in a long time but I'm ok with that because I have what I need and they'll be gone by the time I would look to need it again.
