How did you use the shoopping cart trick?  there is nothing to put in the cart or are you saying you just signed up for a membership and a popup came up after?  Where did the pop up come up during the application?

I signed up for the Fuel Rewards program just this morning.  I received the email with my account number, then signed back in and immediately received a pre-approval screen.  I accepted and entered income info and received $3k limit.  I have several other Comenity cards already.

Signed up But no Pre-Approval for me..As I have yet to get an account with Commenity bank..They are very inquire sensitve and I have way too many..tried a few months back for the total rewards visa..and was denied with a score of 986 from their own enturnel .resons for deniel too many inquries

I signed up this morning, got the pre-approval pop up but when I applied got the 7-10 day message...oh well, guess I will have to wait and see.  At least I didn't burn a hard pull!

There's a Shell station near where I'm staying so the deal would save money.

Does the card report? I probably wouldn't get the offer, being opted out.

Now, THAT is interesting.  No approval?  Unless there may be some additional verification required would be my guess.  Keep us posted.
