$3400 is the store card CL. My TU score as of last month was 744.

I know this is an old thread, but i'll bump --

I was just approved as well! I'm trying to locate this temporary card number they "Sent" me. I didn't receieve an e-mail from Walmart.

I didn't offer an upgrade and I had to apply for the card.

Congrats!!!! You can find your temporary number if you have walmart.com account. I don't  think you can use at the store yet. You can use the temporary number at the walmart.com. The temporary number is not your Walmart Discover number. So you cannot buy stuff online. By the you also need those 3 numbers on the back of the card.

By the way, I think Discover IT is better than Walmart Discover card except 15 cents discount for Walmart gas. It has full 1% and 5% cash back every 3 months.
