Just got a Sam's CLI from a computer?

Just called Sam's for a CLI on my Sam's card. Hardly ever use it, but everyone's reporting of GE's generosity made me pull it out. I called and a computer asked why I was calling. I said I'd like a credit line increase. Computer said how much? I gave a number 4 1/2 times my current limit and computer said ok, it's approved for immediate use. Say good-bye if you're done. I never even talked to a live person.  lol. I've never heard of such.

The GE friendly robot!  Gotta love it!
